Lake Charles Hosting Viral British Duo Josh and Jase at L’Auberge

KNGT | Lake Charles, LA — Y’all… I am SO excited to finally announce this because we’ve been keeping this thing quiet for a while now, and it’s fixing to be HUGE for Southwest Louisiana.

The “U.K. Takeover of Lake Charles” is officially happening Saturday, May 30th at L'Auberge Casino Resort Lake Charles and I get the honor of hosting the entire event!

Now if you don’t know who Josh and Jase are yet… where have ya been?! Josh Clarke and Jason Riley, better known online as Josh and Jase, are one of the biggest social media duos on the planet right now. These two guys from England have built a following of more than 8.5 MILLION people across YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook by traveling all over America and comparing British culture to life here in the United States.

And let me tell ya… after sitting in production meetings and planning meetings with my “mates” (yeah that’s what they call friends over there in England) these guys are the real deal. Super nice. Super funny. Just genuine people.

Honestly, I can already tell this ain’t gonna be just some normal meet-and-greet deal.

They told me they’re bringing a BIG production budget for this thing, and from what I’ve heard behind the scenes… Lake Charles better get ready because this event is gonna be completely over the top. And what’s wild is… Josh and Jase already got a little taste of Southwest Louisiana about a year ago when they stopped through town. Some of y’all probably remember seeing the videos of them hanging out and eating crawfish over at Mac's Crawfish located inside Mary's Lounge right here in Lake Charles. I’m pretty sure that crawfish changed their lives forever.
