Mexican food has always held a special place in my heart (and my stomach). You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Personally, I’m a sucker for a good quesadilla or a sizzling steak fajita. And if all else fails, give me chicken, rice, and queso

Mexican food is legitimately one of my favorite foods in the world to eat. You can't go wrong with anything. My personal favorites are Quesadillas, a steak fajita, or some chicken, rice, and queso (AKA, a Happy Plate).

Pair any of those meals with a margarita, and I'm all set. Even better when it's 2-for-1 margarita days, those are everyone's favorite days.

La Rumba Moss Bluff Teases Mexican Buffet

One of the most popular spots for Mexican food in Southwest Louisiana over the last few years has been La Rumba Mexican Grill. They’ve expanded to six locations across the area, including Jennings, Vinton, Sulphur, Iowa, DeQuincy, and Moss Bluff.

On Tuesday, La Rumba Moss Bluff shared on Facebook a post teasing a MEXICAN BUFFET COMING SOON at 173 US 171 in Moss Bluff, which is the current location off of 171.
