Lady A’s Hillary Scott Does “9 to 5″ Cover

It's a cover I didn't know I needed to hear, until I heard it. Cracker Barrel is doing a promotion called Five Decades, One Voice. The promotion takes established female country artists and pairs them with newbies that are just starting to make their way into the business. The two chose the cover as a theme song for the program since the movie goes through the empowering of women in a male world.

The song is actually on the heels of the 40th anniversary of the movie, which is next year. It was also Parton's first Hollywood movie. The Cracker Barrel initiative is helping celebrate their 50 years in business and inspiring younger female generations to stand up and do their best.
