Carriage & Sleigh Rides in Lake Charles
This weekend in Lake Charles, private carriage and sleigh rides will be available for the holiday season. I mean, how cool is that? The kids will certainly never forget that one!
The rides are provided by Almosta Ranch and begin at the Lake Charles Event Center. Each ride lasts around one hour and follows Shell Beach Drive, giving riders a chance to enjoy the holiday lights and festive decorations along the way.
Lake Charles Sleigh Ride & Carriage Ride Options
There are several ride options depending on the size of your group. The 2-person carriage is designed for couples, while the 6-person carriage works well for small families or groups of friends. For larger families or bigger gatherings, the 10-12 person wagon is a great choice. All rides are private, so each group travels alone without sharing with strangers.

Rides are scheduled at 5:30 PM, 6:15 PM, 8:00 PM, and 9:15 PM on December 19th through December 23rd, 2025. It’s a great way to enjoy the holiday lights and get into the festive spirit in Lake Charles.
