Lake Charles Toyota Announces FREE Tailgate Next Weekend

Lake Charles Toyota is a major supporter of local High Schools here in SWLA and is a HUGE supporter of all McNeese Athletics on Thursday they announced they will be hosting a FREE tailgate for the McNeese home games next weekend.

Back in August, McNeese's Vice President and Athletic Director, Heath Schroyer, shared that Lake Charles Toyota signed a $1.5 million sponsorship deal with the McNeese Athletic Foundation. This deal keeps their long-time partnership with the local car dealership, owned by the Tarver family, going strong.

Lake Charles Toyota has been a proud supporter of McNeese Athletics for quite some time and has been a huge partner in helping put on the McNeese Cowboy Block Parties on the Fridays ahead of home football games. The block parties have been a MAJOR hit!

Next Saturday, January 18, McNeese Men's and Women's Basketball will host a Southland Conference doubleheader against Lamar University at the Legacy Center. Before the games, Lake Charles Toyota will host a fun tailgate outside the arena. Doc Wilder will be there to provide live entertainment, and the staff will serve gumbo, boudin, sausage, and chicken wings. For the kids, there will be inflatables from Lake Area Adventures. The best part? The tailgate is completely free, and everyone is welcome to join, including fans from Beaumont!
