LHSAA Releases 2025 Louisiana Girls Basketball Playoff Brackets

The Louisiana High School Athletic Association (LHSAA) has announced the 2025 Girls' Basketball Playoff brackets, marking the start of an exciting postseason for high school teams across the state. The playoffs will begin with the Bi-District Round on February 20, 2025.

The LHSAA recently released a video from Executive Director Eddie Bonine encouraging fans to be on their best behavior during the competition. There have been many instances where things have gotten out of hand, that should not happen in the playoffs or there will be major consequences.

As teams advance, the Regional Round is scheduled to conclude by February 24, followed by the Quarterfinal Round, which must be completed by February 27.

The season will culminate in the LHSAA Girls' Marsh Madness State Tournament, set to take place from March 3 to March 8, 2025, at the University Center on the campus of Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond.

This annual event brings together 28 teams from various divisions, all competing for the state championship titles. Fans can look forward to a week filled with intense matchups and outstanding displays of talent. For those unable to attend in person, all games will be streamed live on the NFHS Network.
