Natchitoches Christmas Festival (Natchitoches) - A six-week holiday celebration in the historic town of Natchitoches featuring more than 300,000 lights, cookies with Santa, drone and fireworks shows, weekly live music, and a large holiday market.

Noel Acadien au Village (Lafayette) - At the Acadian Village in Lafayette, this immersive Cajun holiday event features carnival rides, live music, food, and a visit from Papa Noël.

Festival of the Bonfires (St. James Parish – along the Mississippi River) - A centuries-old Christmas Eve tradition where large spectacular bonfires (shaped as fleur-de-lis, alligator heads, etc) are lit along the Mississippi River in St. James Parish.
