McNeese Men And Women’s Teams Play Final Home Game Of The Year Saturday

The college basketball regular season is about to come to an end and for the McNeese Men and Women basketball teams they will play their final home game of the year Saturday afternoon in Lake Charles.

The Cowgirls are 18-10 on the year and 10-6 in Southland Conference play.  Their victory over Lamar secured them a spot in the conference tournament which will take place starting March 10th in Katy Texas.

The Men's team however have been struggling as of late.  They have lost 4 straight games and are on fence on making the conference tournament.  They will have to at least win their last two games and may even need some help just to make it into the tournament.

The Men and  women's teams will play their final home game of the season tomorrow inside the Burton Coliseum.  The women will start things off at 1:00 p.m. and take on Nicholls.  Then thirty minutes after that game the Men will take the floor to take on Nicholls as well.
