McNeese Mens Basketball Get #7 Seed Heading Into SLC Tournament Wednesday

The regular season of college basketball came to an end Saturday when the McNeese Men's team ended the season, beating Lamar 70-66.

The Pokes finished the season at a mark of 15-16 on the season and 10-10 in Conference play. It was good enough for the team to get the #7 seed in the upcoming Southland Conference basketball tournament.

The Cowboys will face Lamar, who they just beat last Saturday. Lamar received the #6 seed in the tourney.

The Pokes and Cardinals will face off Wednesday night at 7:30pm in the 2020 Hercules Tires Southland Conference Men's Basketball Tournament at the Merrell Center in Katy, Texas.
