‘Movies Under The Stars’ Begins July 9 In Lake Charles

The four week popular outdoor movie series called Movies Under The Stars is set to begging this Friday, July 9th in Lake Charles.

The popular four week movie series gets underway this Friday at the Prien lake Park with some good clean family fun.

On Friday, July 9, the featured film will be Moana at Prien Lake Park. If you plan on going out to this free event, make sure to bring your own food. Now there will be vendors present at every movie plus they will be giving out free popcorn and cotton candy at each event.

The movie series continues after this Friday for another three weeks and the lineup on Friday, July 16,with Yogi Bear followed by Rango on Friday, July 23. The first three weeks will all be out at Prien Lake Park in Lake Charles.

Now remember that on Friday, July 30, Movies Under The Stars will move over to Moss Bluff at the over Bluff Park and they will show the 2016 version of The Jungle Book.

Things you need to know are that the event is free and open to the public. There is no smoking or tobacco products allowed, and no glass bottles or alcohol allowed at theses events.
