New Mexican Restaurant Now Open In Lake Charles

If you're tired of eating the same ole stuff over and over again, well there is a brand new restaurant opening here in the Lake Area.

L'Auberge Casino Resort in Lake Charles has announced the opening of the much anticipated JOHNNY SÁNCHEZ restaurant. Johnny Sanchez originated in New Orleans and has been being teased for a while now. Tease no longer, the restaurant is finally open.

Aarón Sánchez is the chef/owner. He is an award-winning chef, TV personality, cookbook author, and philanthropist. Aaron was a judge on the FOX TV Series MASTERCHEF. According to the L'Auberge website, Johnny Sanchez embodies the warmth of traditional Mexican cooking, this restaurant bridges traditional Mexican food with a cutting-edge, modern approach to dining that utilizes the very best ingredients. Serious food in a fun environment is the name of the game. Stepping through the door will bring guests out of their everyday routine and into an inspired atmosphere reminiscent of Mexico City.
