NFL Current Standings for Conference Championship
This weekend was the AFC and NFC divisional playoff games. On Saturday, the Minnesota Vikings faced off against the San Francisco 49ers with the 49ers dominating the win 27-10 final. Also on Saturday, the Tennessee Titans faced off against the Baltimore Ravens for the AFC divisional playoff game. Tennessee took the win and made a surprising upset for the Ravens. Henry and Tannehill helped lead the Titans to victory 28-12 final.
Sunday, the Kansas City Chiefs battled it out against the Houston Texans to claim their spot for the AFC. The Chiefs started out rocky but Mahomes went to throw five touchdowns for a huge win against the Texans in a 51-31 final. The final game battling their way to the conference championship was the Seattle Seahawks versus the Green Bay Packers. This was an intense game that resulted in Green Bay keeping the "W" at home, 28-23 final.
The Conference Championship will be January 19, 2020. The match-up will be Tennessee at Kansas City 2:05pm CTS on CBS. Then the Green Bay will take on the 49ers in San Francisco 5:40pm CTS on Fox. The winner from these games will go head to head for Super Bowl LIV.
