Nick Saban Consoles Arkansas Player Who Just Lost Father [VIDEO]

Alabama head coach Nick Saban chased down an offensive lineman from Arkansas after their game last weekend to console him.

The young man just lost his father to a heart attack and Coach Saban wanted to offer his condolences.

In the video you can hear Saban say, “I lost my father when I was in my first year of graduate school,” Therefore, this high profile coach knows what it feels like to lose a loved one while in school.

Nick Saban is known for being VERY serious and sometimes very vocal on the field, but to see him embrace this young man during such a difficult time should remind us that deep down Coach Saban has a soft spot.
