(KNGT-FM) - It feels like every day there is a new recall on something different that we are having to take notice of. Well, today's notice is about a popular brand of deodorant, we've got what you need to know...

First off, let's be honest... Some items that are recalled, they ask you to return, but are we really going to be returning a $5 bottle of deodorant? I think I'll just throw that bad boy in the garbage! (Haha)

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and manufacturer A.P. Deauville have issued a voluntary recall of over 67,000 cases of deodorant over deviations from FDA’s Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) regulations, raising concerns about product safety, consistency, and labeling accuracy.

The recall from the FDA affects Power Stick roll‑on deodorants. This includes three different variants including, Powder Fresh “For Her,” Spring Fresh Invisible Protection, and Original Nourishing Invisible Protection. They are often sold at Walmart and Dollar Tree.

It doesn't sound like there is any real major threat with this recall, but the FDA and AP Deauville are encouraging consumers to stop using affected products and return or properly dispose of them. No injuries or illnesses have been reported to date.
