Run, Walk, Drink During the Brew Mile This Saturday

This Saturday at the Lake Charles Civic Center is the inaugural Brew Mile presented by Smoke and Barrel. Participants can walk, or run, at their own pace at the Civic Center and stop at each "break area" to drink a beer. Featuring seven local beers from Crying Eagle to choose from, the Brew Mile will also feature a concert after the run. All proceeds go to United Way of SWLA.

Check-in is at 6:00pm, with the run starting at 7:00pm. If you'd like to register, its $45 and you can register here on their website.
