[KNGT-FM] - If you were born in Louisiana, then you probably grew up as a New Orleans Saints fan. Remember the glory days of when the Saints were winning and even won the Super Bowl in 2009?

Those days are long gone for Saints fans. The black and gold nation hasn't had much to cheer about in the past few years. The Saints are currently 0-2 on the season in 2025 and aim to get into the win column soon.

Even though the Saints are going through tough times right now, the New Orleans Saints cheerleaders are still trying to keep the fans' spirits up at the games and continue to practice their routines for game day.

Well, the other day, one of those practices went wrong, unfortunately. A video was posted on social media and went viral of a practice session for the Saints cheerleaders in the Superdome in New Orleans. In the video, you see male and female cheerleaders practicing a routine where two of the male cheerleaders are swinging a female cheerleader, went they lost their grip and she went flying across the field.

The whole thing was caught on video and posted online. Even the news show Inside Edition did a story about it and posted it on YouTube. Check it out.

In the video, you saw where they interviewed the cheerleader, and thankfully, she was not injured. She told the reporter that she was, quote, "Perfectly Fine". We are glad to hear it.
