Following the game, a video emerged of Saints star WR Michael Thomas and Panthers DL Derrick Brown exchanging some words in the tunnel of Bank of America Stadium. Brown appeared to chase Thomas down the tunnel and had to be held back before things got physical.

The 3-time Pro Bowl wideout finished the Saints win tied for a game-high seven receptions on nine targets for 55 yards. Brown had seven combined tackles, including four solo.

It's not clear what started the heated altercation, but the video seems to show that the incident was broken up before things got too bad.

The Saints WR took to X (or Twitter) in what appears to be his reaction to the video. Here's what he had to say in a series of Tweets...

The team has yet to have media availability since the video surfaced, so there hasn't been a chance for Thomas to address the situation publically.

The Saints moved to 2-0 and the Panthers fell to 0-2.
