Folks all over Southwest Louisiana have been staring at their going out boots in the closet for over a year now with no reason to break them out, but now we have a event that will give you the reason to do just that.

Coushatta Casino Resort in Kinder is bringing live music back to the complex with their Spring Two-Step Concert on May 1 featuring two great local Cajun and Zydeco artists playing live: Bernie Alan and Leroy Thomas and the Zydeco Roadrunners.

Both of the artists are known for their high energy performances on stage in the Kinder area and in Southwest Louisiana for performing all your favorite Louisiana music. Keep an eye on Leroy because at any moment, he could jump off stage and be playing his accordion right in the middle of the crowd as he gets your toes tapping.

The concert will take place in the Coushatta pavilion parking lot with gates opening at 5:00pm. The entertainment starts at 6:00pm.  No ice chests are allowed, and social distancing will be practiced.

The concert is free and open to the public. There is also no age restriction, so get your friends, family, and kids together and get ready to feel normal again while listening to these two great artists.
