Stars & Stripes Classic Car Show Returns to Sulphur in October

(KNGT-FM) - A beloved tradition is rolling back into Sulphur this October as the Stars & Stripes in the Park Classic Car Show returns for its 14th year. We've got everything you need to know about the event, whether you want to check out some of the cool cars or register your car for the event.

I can remember as a kid, I used to love getting to go to a car show. You weave through the crowd, peeking inside old convertibles with their leather seats and giant steering wheels, imagining what it would be like to drive one.

The Stars & Stripes Classic Car Show is back in Sulphur for its 14th year, and it’s shaping up to be a fun day for the whole family. The event will take place on Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at The Grove at Heritage Square, located at 1211 Ruth Street.

Car owners can register their vehicles between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. Visitors will get to check out rows of classic and antique cars, each one carefully restored and full of character. It’s a great chance to see some rare and unique cars up close.

The show isn’t just for car fans. There will be live music, food from local vendors, and kids’ activities, so everyone in the family can have a good time. Later in the day, around 2 p.m. to 3 p.m., awards will be given to some of the best cars on display.
