State Police To Hold Free Child Safety Seat Event This Sat May 26

The Louisiana State Police will be holding a great free event in Lake Charles for all of you parents and grand parents who use child safety seats for your kiddo's.

Sgt. James Anderson with the Louisiana State Police told us that the event will be this Saturday, May 26th from Noon to 2pm at the Lake Charles Civic Center.

Sgt. Anderson says the event is geared toward giving parents a chance to stop by the event and they will check your car seats for your kids to make sure they are installed properly or that you are using the proper seat for the size of your child.

The child safety seat event is tomorrow morning May 26th at the Lake Charles Civic Center on the lake side of the arena behind the exhibition hall from Noon to 2pm.
