For longtime fans of the genre, Stoney LaRue is a name that needs little introduction. He has been a cornerstone of the Texas and Red Dirt Country scene for more than two decades, building a loyal following through relentless touring and authentic songwriting. LaRue launched his professional music career in 2002.

Over the years, LaRue has released eight studio albums under the Smith Music Group banner. Several of those projects made a significant impact nationwide, with US Time, Aviator, and Velvet all earning spots in the Top 25 on the U.S. Country Billboard charts.
