What Happened With StubHub Ticket Prices
The problem happened for a short time in May 2025. The FTC says some ticket prices did not include extra fees at first. That meant people did not see the full cost right away when buying tickets.
Since this, the FTC has a rule called the “Fees Rule.” This rule says companies must show the total price up front. That way, customers know exactly what they will pay before they buy.
Moving forward, StubHub must clearly show the full ticket price, including all fees. The FTC says this will help protect customers and make buying tickets easier to understand.

Who Can Get a Refund?
The refunds will go to people who bought tickets between May 12 and May 14, 2025. This was when many people were buying tickets after the NFL released its schedule.
Two groups of people may get money back. The first group is people who did not see the full price when they first looked at tickets. The second group is anyone who bought tickets during those three days.
When and How Refunds Will Be Sent
StubHub must send out refunds within 90 days if the deal is approved by a judge. The company may send the money back through the original payment or through PayPal.
