KNGT | Lake Charles, LA — Last week I was out mowing the grass. At my house this normally takes a couple of hours so i'm either stuck with my thoughts or old playlist on my phone. This got me thinking, I need a good summertime playlist for when im stuck mowing. I went to Facebook and you guys did not disappoint.

Alan Jackson's "Chattahoochee" showed up several times, which was a surprise to me. Its good to see that good old 90's Country making the list again. Honestly, that's about as summertime as it gets. So with out further ado, here is the Southwest Louisiana Summer Time Playlist 2026 Edition.
