Today's the big day.  If you haven't already early voted, you need to head down to your precinct today and cast your votes for U.S. president, U.S. congressman and nine state constitutional amendments, among other propositions.  If you're a Calcasieu Parish resident, here's where you need to go to vote:

U.S. Congressmen Charles Boustany and Jeff Landry finally sat down for an actual debate tonight and got to the heart of a lot of interesting questions on Obamacare, Medicare, negative campaigning, and jobs in the oil and gas industry.  If you missed it, we have the full debate, broken down into questions so you can hear the parts you're interested in.

It was a very informative night in the sole, exclusive debate between U.S. Congressmen Jeff Landry and Charles Boustany tonight.  In the second part of tonight's debate, they touched on the national debt ceiling, their votes while in Congress, the nation's taxation problems and the negative feelings toward Congress.  Here's the audio from the second half of the show.

Early voting in Calcasieu Parish is now officially over, which means if you missed it, you'd better make sure to hit the polls between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. on Tuesday, November 6.  But if early voting is any indication of what Election Day will look like, the turnout at the polls may be pretty strong.

Good ol' Uncle Joe!  It's been a great four years with our vice-president, and as we tumble headlong into the presidential election, Mr. Biden's tongue keeps getting him in trouble.  This week, it was a campaign stop in Virginia where he forgot who he was campaigning for.

I have to admit that I did not watch the entire presidential debate. I woke up the next morning expecting the mainstream media would declare an Obama victory while Fox News would declare a Romney win. I was very surprised at what had actually occurred.

I am sure you remember Alec Baldwin saying that if Bush won the election he would move out of the USA. You may have noticed that Bush won and he did not leave. Now an airline is offering free tickets out of the country if your guy loses.

The first debate is done. We have just one question; because it is the only one that really matters.   Did The Presidential Debate Influence Your Vote?    

It is certainly not scientific; but it looks like Romney is winning with Gator99.5 listeners.

In a move that all but assures Mitt Romney will become the GOP nominee for president, fellow candidate Rick Santorum decided Monday to drop out of the race.
