James Holmes has been formally charged with multiple counts of first-degree murder for the July 20 massacre that took place at a movie theater at a midnight showing of “The Dark Knight Rises”.  The events that took place that night claimed the lives of 12, and wounded 58 others.

Fox News is reporting that Aurora, Colo., shooting psycho James Holmes sent a university campus psychiatrist preliminary details on what he planned to do during the 'Dark Knight' rampage ... but that the package sat in a mailroom and wasn't even opened until yesterday.

A church pastor who counseled parents post-Columbine has offered a detailed update about the status and prognosis of one of the victims of last week’s Aurora, CO massacre at a midnight screening of ‘The Dark Knight Rises.’ The victim survived due to a brain defect that she didn’t even know she had.

James Holmes, the suspect in the Aurora, Colo. shooting during the midnight screening of ‘The Dark Knight Rises,’ which left 12 dead and 58 other injured, appeared in court Monday. So, what happened?

A press conference in Aurora, Colo., just wrapped up and revealed more details from today’s movie theater shooting.  Officials have cleared the air on one issue, reporting that a total of 71 people were shot -- 12 died, and 59 were wounded.

The University of Colorado has released a photo of the "Dark Knight Rises" shooter.  James Holmes, 24, was arrested after killing 12 and wounding several dozen others during a midnight showing of the movie.
