LSU Baseball Rankings

The Tigers now top two of the four major college baseball polls. Game time for tonight's contest against Southeastern has been moved up!

With the one loss to Southeastern Louisiana last week, the voters didn't see enough to move the LSU baseball team up in the polls.

After going 5-0 last week taking two games from Notre Dame and sweeping Tennessee over the weekend, the Tigers baseball team made huge gains in the latest college baseball national polls.

Finally the LSU Tigers baseball team got their only second three game SEC series sweep of the season this past weekend beating Arkansas. The Tigers needed the wins badly as they enter last weekend losing three out of their last four games. With the wins, LSU slowly is moving back up in the latest polls.

The LSU Tigers baseball team have had a rough two weeks. Since starting Southeastern Conference (SEC) play a couple weeks ago, the Tigers have been on the losing end of their first to SEC series.

Despite losing one of their four games last week to Ball State, the LSU baseball team are still highly ranked in all of the major baseball polls that were released yesterday. The problem is though because of the loss, LSU didn't move up or down in the polls

After winning all four of their games last week, the LSU baseball team stayed firm in the top ten in all the major college baseball polls that were released yesterday.

The national rankings came out this week and the LSU baseball team are ranked the number one team in the country in all six of the major polls. The Tigers have a huge series starting tonight against not only an SEC foe but also the number two team in the country in Texas A&M in Baton Rouge.
