The First Annual “Be Moore” Fest in Lake Charles

Local bassist, guitarist, and singer, Brian Moore, inspired and impacted countless lives. This amazing man not only loved, hugged, and played with all of his heart and soul, but also helped support people pursuing their dreams. Brian or "Heavy B' was a beacon of light and positivity in this sometimes dark world.

Friends, musicians, and family decided to honor his memory by sharing his light with the community. This weekend, come to downtown Lake Charles to enjoy music, food, and fun. Venues that will be participating are Luna Bar & Grill, Corner Market, Young Band Nation, Stellar Beans, and Panorama Music House, along with countless local musicians and bands.

Donations are being taken to benefit local live music. Funds raised will go to benefit Music Makers 2 U and Young Band Nation. There will also be a silent auction, record sale, art sale, and split-the-pot raffle. Commemorative shirts and merchandise will be available courtesy of Killer Dye.
