The New Location Of Whataburger Opens Today In Lake Charles

Lake Charles and Southwest Louisiana, today is the day. We have been waiting for this for years but they are finally back in Lake Charles.

The new location of Whataburger is opening today at its new Lake Charles location. The folks have been working hard for the past two weeks training their new associates to get ready for the big day.

It has been years since we had a Whataburger in Lake Charles. The last one was located on Rayn Street where Starbucks now stands. We are excited to see a favorite come to Southwest Louisiana again with several locations.

A Whataburger location was built and opened in Sulphur, Louisiana on Highway 108 and has been open for a few months. Now Lake Charles residents won't have to cross the bridge to eat at the delicious restaurant.

Whether you love the burgers, the chicken, or the Whatawings, they have something for everyone at the new location of Whataburger. We had a chance to go inside the new Lake Charles location, and it's so nice.

When you walk into the new Whataburger in Lake Charles, you will see a Welcome to Lake Charles sign on the wall plus a massive McNeese University logo. The inside of the restaurant is huge with plenty of seating. The drive-thru will feature two lanes to get you in and out quickly.

So when is Whataburger in Lake Charles opening to the public today? The drive-thru will open at 11:00 am today, Monday, March 4th, 2024. Both lanes will be open and they will serve you your favorites.
