Things To Do This Weekend In Lake Charles Sept. 24-26

It's finally Friday and the weather is going to be beautiful all weekend so we are all ready to get out and enjoy some great weather while having some fun.

There are so many great events going on in the area that you and the family can go out and check out. A lot of our local musicians will be performing all weekend at different venues in the lake area.

Here is what is going on this weekend.

Brad Brinkley will be at Rickenjacks on Ryan Street in Lake Charles Friday night starting at 9:00 pm.

Beauxdines' at 3013 Ryan Street will have Rusty James Friday night and Donavan Bourque Saturday night. Both artists play from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Johnny Jimenez will be at the Social Club on East McNeese Street in Lake Charles at 8:00 pm.

K-Bon's on the corner of Hwy. 397 and East McNeese Street will have Jason Stutes on Friday night and Rooster on Saturday night.  Both start at 6:30 pm and go until 9:30 pm.

The Golden Nugget in Lake Charles will have rap star Nelly in concert Friday night starting at 8:30 pm and on Saturday night they will have Collective Soul starting at 8:00 pm.

Mary's Lounge on East Broad Street in Lake Charles will have LA 99 South for their popular Sunday Funday starting at 5:00 pm.

The LSU Tigers will take on Mississippi State Saturday morning at 11:00 am on ESPN.

The McNeese Cowboys will take on Incarnate Word Saturday morning at 11:00 am and you can listen to the game on our sister station 92.9 The Lake.

The New Orleans Saints will take on The New England Patriots at Noon on Sunday.  You can listen to the game here on Gator 99.5 starting at 10:00 am with the pregame show.
