Recently me and my wife took a little trip along the coast of Louisiana and Mississippi stopping in little towns along the way. We went through the backroads to check out things you can't see from the interstate which is a cool drive. you should try it sometime.

While driving down Highway 90 in Mississippi, we were taken aback by how many businesses, restaurants, and casinos were along the Gulf Coast. We saw restaurants and casinos in almost every town we went through like Bay St. Louis, Gulfport, and Biloxi, Mississippi.

We were laughing and joking about how many Waffle Houses we saw along the way too. There must have been a Waffle House every one to two miles along Highway 90 in Mississippi from the state line until we got to Biloxi.

While driving through Biloxi we passed up the beautiful Beau Rivage and Hard Rock Casino resorts and right after that on the left, we saw it. I asked my wife, is that a Waffle House? It took us both back because it didn't look like your typical Waffle House.

This one was the nicest Waffle House I ever have seen and my wife agreed. This one was on Piers probably because it is located right across the highway from the Gulf Of Mexico. That is not what made it nice.

What made it nice was it was completely bricked up with huge windows. It looked like someone's home. The Waffle House was nestled around a bunch of beautiful oak trees. This Waffle House is located at 618 Beach Boulevard in Biloxi, Mississippi. Check this place out.
