Folks that are crafty enough to make anything that they can just dream up have always impressed me.  Made By Hand, a documentary series of people who  make things by hand, recently featured Joel Bukiewicz, a modern day knife maker.   In this video Joel shows the process and immense detail he puts into every single knife.
