Tim McGraw 2020 Tour Canceled
Adding to the growing list of summer show cancellations, Tim McGraw is now on the list. Yesterday, it was announced that the Here on Earth tour is officially canceled with concerns for everyone's safety in mind. The tour was going to be the first tour by McGraw since he was last out in 2017 with wife, Faith Hill.
The cancellation is from regulations and rules still in place due to the pandemic. Large gatherings, especially indoor arenas, are still discouraged. This means that even if McGraw were to still try and do his live shows, the logistics could become a nightmare assuming he could even get on a stage in front of any sort of crowd.
He posted on his Twitter account, @TheTimMcgraw.
Although disappointed at the announcement, it seems his fans are extremely understanding about the news.
The tour was going to be packed with other hot country talent along the way. Opening the tour for McGraw was Ingrid Andress and Midland. There was even a plan for two stadium shows featuring Luke Combs later in September.
