Lake Charles, Louisiana (KNGT-FM) - If you're ready to show off your dance moves and dance the night away, then we've got just the event for you! Travis Matte and the Kingpins are going to be in concert in Southwest Louisiana this weekend.

Travis Matte and the Kingpins have been bringing the party since 2004. Starting as a zydeco band, they’ve blended rock, Cajun, hip-hop, and more into their sound. Hits like “Vibrator,” “Booty Call,” and “Tiger Tailgate Party” made them fan favorites across Louisiana.

Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park is back here in Southwest Louisiana, and it is better than ever. I can remember going out to Jellystone as a kid, and we would have a blast. Well, if you haven't been out there since it reopened this summer, you're missing out on all of the new attractions they've added.

Jellystone isn't just a place you go to during the summertime, but a place you can go year-round. Coming up the week of Thanksgiving, Jellystone RV Park is going to be hosting a gumbo cookoff, and Ryan Foret & Foret Tradition will be on the stage. Spots are already booking up for the 2026 summer.
