Twin Peaks Changing Plans—New Lake Charles Location Revealed
Lake Charles, LA - Back in July of 2024, we reported that Twin Peaks was coming to Lake Charles. At that time, the plan was to build the new restaurant at 3131 Contraband Parkway. That’s the new road that connects the casinos to the roundabout near Holly Hill Road and W. Prien Lake Road.
But now, it looks like that location didn’t work out. The national restaurant chain has made a big change in its plans. Twin Peaks has reportedly purchased the former O’Charley’s and Paradise Daiquiris building in front of Target on Prien Lake Road.
This new location puts Twin Peaks in the heart of a busy shopping and dining area, on the corner of Prien Lake Road and L'Auberge Blvd. Construction is expected to begin soon, although an opening date has not yet been announced.
Twin Peaks is known for several things that set it apart from other restaurants. First, its lodge-like atmosphere gives customers the feeling of being in a cozy mountain cabin. They also focus on made-from-scratch food, meaning meals are prepared fresh in the kitchen.
One of their biggest attractions is their 29-degree draft beer, served in frozen mugs. Sports fans will enjoy the wall-to-wall TVs showing all kinds of games, from football to UFC. And of course, the Twin Peaks Girls are known for their friendly service and upbeat energy.
With their mix of cold beer, good food, and a fun atmosphere, Twin Peaks is sure to become a hot spot in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Stay tuned for updates as construction begins!
