The McNeese Cowboys football team returns to Lake Charles for a home game Saturday night. They will face East Texas A&M with kickoff set for 6:00 pm at Navarre Stadium.

Jellystone RV Park and Resort in Lake Charles is having a Zydeco Weekend at the park featuring the one and only Geno Delafose & French Rockin' Boogie. Geno and the boys will take the stage at 7:00 pm Saturday under the pavilion and play until 9:00 pm.

The Cowboy Block Party goes 80s and 90s country Friday night with Dustin Sonnier and the Wanted. If you love old country music and a night of dancing and singing along, this one is for you. The gates open at 6:00 pm, and it is FREE to attend and open to all ages. Dustin will hit the stage at 7:30 pm.
