The McNeese Women's Basketball team will have its regular season home finale on Monday, March 2 in Lake Charles at the Townsley Law Arena. The Lady Cowgirls will face off against Stephen F. Austin that night at 6:30 pm. This is your last chance to see the Cowgirls live before the Southland Conference tournament, which begins on March 9th in Lake Charles.
In Lake Charles, the Downtown Charlestown Farmers Market is taking place this Saturday from 8:00 am to Noon. It takes place behind the historic city hall in downtown Lake Charles. There is also another Farmer's Market taking place in Moss Bluff on Highway 378. That one is also taking place on Saturday from 8:00 am to Noon.
