What does TS Harvey dipping back into the Gulf mean for SWLA?  Only time will tell if this move will strengthen the storm before it makes landfall again in the Beaumont area and then heads to SWLA.  The National Hurricane Center tracking model above shows us that Harvey who has been slowly making his way to SWLA will be here around Wednesday evening.

According to the National Hurricane Center, we should start feeling tropical force winds later tonight to Tuesday morning.

Looking at the NHC rainfall model, we see that SWLA is expected to see 6" to 10" of rainfall in the coming days.  Which is a lot better than the previous models showing us expecting 15" to 20" of rain at one point.  However, as the storm approaches SWLA I am sure this model will change and our expected rainfall will raise.
