You've heard the phrase "top dog" before, right? Well, this dog is not only the top dog, he's also the highest ranking police officer in his small town.

One shooter is in custody and the hunt is on for his partner in the killing of a 23-year-old man and the shooting of a 62-year-old woman on North Cherry Street Thursday.  LCPD Chief Don Dixon said detectives are looking for any information the public can provide on the unidentified second shooter.

Police in Conewango, New York tried to pull 17-year old Lewis D. Hostetler over on Monday, after they noticed he was operating his horse and buggy with a open container of beer in hand.
