In today's computer driven broadcast industry, a dying PC is the scariest thing imaginable. We don't use computers any fancier than you do, which means they fail just as often as yours does.  Unfortunately, when broadcast computers fail, everyone gets to see it. And the show must go on.

This South Carolina TV station apparently lost one of its weather computers right before going on the air. Does that mean they cancel the weather segment?  Hell no.  They fire up the green screen and they do it BY HAND.  Old school is still the best school, y'all.
