2022 FHF of SWLA Virtual Family Empowerment Conference

Families Helping Families of SWLA is gearing up to host one of its biggest events. It's the 2022 FHF of SWLA Virtual Family Empowerment Conference and this year is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, April 26, 2022, from 8:30 AM to 1 PM. Save the date! This year's theme is, "Access to Services" and among the many topics, local families can learn about a huge variety of resources and services that are available in the SWLA area to assist any needs they may have.

The guest speakers for this year's family conference will include Brenda Sharp from the Louisiana Department of Health, Program Manager from EarlySteps Dr. Gerlinde Beckers, Melissa Bayham with Southeastern Louisiana University, and Louisiana Rehabilitation Services Director Kaye Eichler, reps with the Louisiana Department of Education, and the IDEA Program Consultant.
