Blake Shelton’s Childhood Home Is Up for Sale [PICTURES]
Blake Shelton's childhood home is on the market. The singer's mother, Dorothy, has put the ranch-style house, located in Ada, Okla., up for sale for $250,000.
Located on South Broadway Boulevard in Ada, Shelton's childhood house is a brick, 3,140-square-foot home built in 1973. It features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one half bathroom.
“It’s a lot of house for the money, and a fair price for the area,” listing agent Tyler Thompson tells Realtor.com, noting that the home was recently remodeled.
Shelton's childhood house features a custom great room, a kitchen with granite countertops and a breakfast area, a formal living room with a fireplace and a spacious back patio. The house is being sold through Mary Terry & Associates Real Estate; readers can flip through the photo gallery above to see pictures of the home.
Country star Shelton is currently out on the road on his Doin' It to Country Songs Tour, and is serving as a coach during Season 12 of The Voice.
