Butterball Turkey recall
Butterball is recalling 78,000 pounds of ground turkey products. CBS News reports the nation's bust known brand is recalling the the product because of concern over possible salmonella contamination. Five people in two states have been sickened. Salmonella causes symptoms including fever and stomach cramps. A typical incubation period is between 12 and 72 hours. The illness can last as long as a week. These are the recalled products:
