It is hard to believe that the award winning Cajun Music and Food Festival put on by the Cajun French Music Association (CFMA) Lake Charles chapter is celebrating their 30th year.

The festival is full of great food and great traditional Cajun music at the Burton Coliseum in Lake Charles.  The festival starts this Friday, July 14th and runs through Sunday July 16th, 2017.

Friday, July 14th

6 pm -- Joe Simon, Aldes Broussard and Louisiana Cajuns

8 pm -- Geno Delafose & French Rockin' Boogie

Saturday, July 15th

10 am -- Cajun Cowboys and the Stirrups

12:30 pm -- Junior Hebert & Maurice Playboys

3 pm -- Cajun Soul and Friends

5:30 pm -- Donny Broussard & LA Stars

8 pm-- Kevin Naquin & Ossun Playboys

Sunday, July 16th 

8 am -- Cajun French Mass at the CFMA Building on East Prien Lake Road

 

The Festival takes place at the Burton Coliseum in Lake Charles with live music on Friday and Saturday.

The cost is $8 per person at the door each day. Children 12 and under are free admission.  The doors open at 4:00 pm on Friday and 9 am on Saturday.
