SWLA Fans Name Their Dream Country Artist To Have A Beer With

[KNGT-FM] - Here in South Louisiana, there are a few things we love. Family, God, friends, music, having a good time, and drinking a cold one are at the top of the list. Louisiana is known as a state you go to if you want to have a great time and meet some of the friendliest people in America.

I mean, what's not to love? We have the best and most unique food in the world. We have some of the funniest festivals and events, like Mardi Gras, to enjoy, and we all love our football and tailgating. We even like going to our favorite watering hole to sit down, have a cold one, and listen to some old country music from some of our favorite artists.

That got us thinking about which country music artists, past or present, you would want to sit down, pick their brains, hang out with, and drink a cold beer with. We asked that exact question on Facebook yesterday, and the response was overwhelming. They received a ton of answers from some of the greats to some current country artists who are still releasing music and touring.
