Events & Concerts In Lake Charles & SWLA This Weekend Nov. 15-17

You got through another week boys and girls and now the weekend is here. Now the question is, what should I do this weekend? Want to take in a concert or maybe attend one of the biggest Christmas shopping events in Southwest Louisiana?

This weekend, a lot is happening in the area. We have made you a list of things going on around the area.

The annual Mistletoe & Moss holiday market presented by the Junior League of Lake Charles is taking place this weekend inside the Lake Charles Event Center. There will be over 90 vendors on hand, filling up the coliseum and the exhibition hall with booth after booth after booth. Santa will also be on hand to meet the kids. Country music sensation Gabby Barrett will be live at the Golden Nugget's Grand Event Center in Lake Charles this Friday, November 15th.  You will hear her hits The Good One, Glory Days, and more when she hits the stage at 8:30 pm.

The annual Smoke & Barrel festival is this weekend in Lake Charles. It is a celebration of fine Bourbon, BBQ & Whiskey. The festival runs from November 14th through November 17, 2024, and features tasting events with over 80 bourbons, whiskeys, and BBQ from world-class pit masters. The event takes place in downtown Lake Charles on the lawn of the Calcasieu Parish Courthouse.

Geno Delafose will be live at Linda's Lounge located on Lake Street in Lake Charles. Geno and his band French Rockin' Boogie will take the stage at 8:00 pm and play until Midnight this Friday night, November 15th.
