Students at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida dedicated a page in their yearbook to the therapy dogs that helped them recover after the 2018 shooting.

After the tragic Parkland shooting that left 17 dead and many injured therapy dogs were brought in to help the students cope with the traumatic event. Now, according to wokesloth.com, many of the dogs stayed on to "remain a beloved and calming presence at the school ever since".

The dogs presence in classrooms and hallways has become an important aspect of the school day with yearbook editor-in-chief calling the therapy dogs the one "permanent and positive" thing from last year.
