The two day event is full of carnival rides, live entertainment and over 10 thousand pounds of hot boiled crawfish.  The festivities start on Friday April 15th with the parade which starts at 6:30 p.m.

The crawfish festival parade will leave the Civic Center and cross over Lakeshore drive to Mill Street.  Then it will take a right on Ryan Street.  From there it will travel South to Clarence Street.  Then the parade will make a right on Clarence street and travel down to Bor du Lac Drive.

Saturday night the music comes alive with some great Cajun and Zydeco music on the main stage.  Here is the entertainment lineup:

  • 4:30pm – Larry Tillery and the Vagabond Dreamers
  • 6pm – Keith Frank and the Soileau Creole Band
  • 8pm – Geno Delafose

Go pass yourself a good time.
