Thursday was the official first day of summer in 2023, but man the temperatures have felt like summer for WELL over a month now. Temperatures have been hovering around the 95-degree mark but the heat index has been well over the 100-degree mark.

We can all agree, Louisiana summers can be MISSERABLE. We decided to have some fun and compile a list of things people in Lake Charles COULD be doing here in SWLA because of how hot it is.
