List Of Drug Dealers Busted in Multi Agency Sting
Operation 27 was a combined effort by the Louisiana State Police, the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office, the Lake Charles Police Department, Homeland Security, The Drug Enforcement Agency and the Calcasieu Parish District Attorney's Office. The arrest total stands at 24 now with more coming. We have a list of those who were busted for you.
HAYWARD G. LECOMPTE
Raids were carried out in 14 different locations this morning by 150 officers with some assistance from Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries agents. A press release stated that the biggest cocaine wholesaler in Lake Charles (39-year-old Hayward Lecompt pictured above) was among those arrested. More arrest are pending. Here is the arrest list at press time.

Subject 4: Jahmal Gray (40 yrs) of Lake Charles, conspiracy to distribute CDS II (6 counts), $900,000
Subject 5: Spencer Vito (41 yrs) of Lake Charles, distribution of CDS II (2 counts)
