The Louisiana Railroad Days Festival is back for its 40th year! That's right, this three-day festival will get underway on Thursday, April 6th, and will run through Saturday, April 8th, 2023.

The Louisiana Railroad Days Festival is fun for the entire family and is filled with a ton of great events that take place during the three-day festival. The festival has always consisted of food booths, crafts, carnival rides, free entertainment, and a parade.

According to the festival's Facebook page, some of the events that will take place are:

Railroad Idol Gospel Singing-Friday Night Local Singing Talents Bike Parade RRF Parade Pageant for girls ages 0-14/held one week before festival Pageant for Jr. Miss & Miss ages 16-23/Thursday Night, Opening night of Festival Food Vendors Arts & Craft Booths Rides Kid Activities in the park RUN THE RAIL 5-K Run/Walk Old Timers Reunion Country Music-Live Artist-Saturday Night

They will have live music on the main stage all three nights starting on Thursday evening. Here is the featured live music lineup.
